Accessibility statement
Last updated June 29, 2026
Bedtime should work for every family. We want Tuckin to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who use screen readers, keyboards, or other assistive technology. This statement explains what we have done and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the widely recognized standards for making web content accessible. Accessibility is something we keep working on rather than a box we check once.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with clear landmarks so assistive tech can navigate the page.
- Full keyboard navigation, so you can use Tuckin without a mouse.
- Visible focus styles that show where you are as you tab through the page.
- A skip-to-content link so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content.
- Color contrast chosen to keep text readable against our night-sky background.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative ones hidden from screen readers.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting, so animations calm down if you prefer less movement.
- Forms with proper labels so every field is clearly described.
Known limitations
We are honest about the fact that we are not perfect. Some areas may still fall short, and a few third-party components, such as the Stripe checkout, are not entirely under our control. We are working to find and fix gaps as we go.
Telling us about a problem
If you run into an accessibility barrier on Tuckin, please tell us. Email support@tuckin.co with what happened, the page you were on, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you can. We aim to respond within a few business days and we will work with you to find a fix or an alternative.
