Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated June 29, 2026
We want you to feel good about subscribing to Tuckin. Here is exactly how trials, cancellations, and refunds work, in plain terms.
Your free trial
Every new subscription starts with a one-night free trial. You get to see a real story for your child before you pay anything. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel anytime, either from your account or by emailing support@tuckin.co. When you cancel:
- You keep access to stories through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged again.
- Your subscription simply stops renewing.
Refunds
If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right. If your stories did not arrive or the service did not work as promised, email us within 14 days and we will refund your most recent payment. We would rather fix the problem and keep you, but the refund is there if you want it.
Outside of that, because Tuckin delivers a fresh story each day, charges for stories we have already delivered are generally non-refundable. If you are unsure or feel your situation is unfair, reach out anyway. We read every message and we try to be reasonable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Once we approve a refund, it usually appears on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Getting help
For anything about billing, cancellations, or refunds, email support@tuckin.co. A real person will get back to you. For the full subscription terms, see our terms of service.
