These terms are the agreement between you and Tuckin. Please read them before you subscribe. By creating an account or using Tuckin, you agree to them.

By signing up for or using Tuckin, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Tuckin is
Tuckin is a subscription that writes a new, personalized bedtime story for your child each day and emails it to you by 7pm. Each story is generated by AI using the details you provide about your child.
Who can use Tuckin
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child you are creating stories for. By subscribing, you confirm both of these are true and that you have the authority to provide the child’s information.
Subscription, pricing, and billing
- Tuckin costs $9 per month for your first child and $6 per month for each additional child. Annual billing is available at $90 and $60 respectively (two months free). Optional add-ons: Kindle delivery at $5 per month per child ($50 per year per child) and a one-time $9 keepsake storybook.
- New subscriptions start with a one-night free trial so you can see a story before you pay.
- After the trial, your subscription bills monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fee.
- If we ever change the price, we will tell you in advance and it will only apply to future billing periods.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@tuckin.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. For details on trials and refunds, see our refund and cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
When you use Tuckin, you agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Provide information about a child you are not the parent or guardian of.
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the stories or the platform.
Intellectual property
The stories we generate for your child are licensed to your family for your own personal, non-commercial use. Read them, save them, and enjoy them at bedtime. We retain all rights in the Tuckin platform itself, including our software, branding, and the systems that produce the stories. You may not use our name or content to run a competing service.
About AI-generated stories
Every story is written by AI. That means it may occasionally contain mistakes, odd details, or content that does not fit your family. Stories are meant for entertainment and bedtime fun, not as factual, educational, or professional material. We encourage you to read each story before sharing it with your child, and to use your own judgment about what is right for them.

Tuckin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to deliver a delightful story every night, but we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every story will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuckin and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to cover and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the service or these terms over time. If we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and let you know by email. If you keep using Tuckin after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
